Matching is Easy: Black Patterned Short Dresses

It’s been a very busy week for me, so I haven’t got round to writing a second post. I’ve decided to set myself a challenge and write this post in 15 minutes. I haven’t even decided what I’m going to focus on. Let’s see the first thing that appears to me…

Ok, it looks like we’re going with black patterned sleeveless short dresses to wear with maxi skirts (that’s a really easy one, I’ll be honest). Let’s go!

1. Multi-coloured Folky Floral Shift Dress – Apricot

I actually came across this dress last week when I was writing a different post and I really liked it, so here you go!

Apricot: See in shop.

2. Apricot Black Floral Tie Back Mini Dress – New Look

You can adjust the fit of the waistband on this dress as it is a tie back.

[I just passed my 15 minute deadline… oh well!]

3. Dorothy Perkins Spot Shift Dress – House of Fraser

A simple design and comfortable loose fit (I should hope they all are!).

4. Black Pastel Floral Bouquet Print Tea Dress – Apricot

This one is in limited sizes, unfortunately, but there are more sizes in the navy version. As with the second one above, you can tie this loosely to make sure it’s not too tight.

5. Black Multi-Coloured Tribal Shift Dress – Apricot

I think this is my favourite one (actually, it’s battling number 1 for top). It’s simple but the pattern is really pretty and quite striking.

Well, that post took much longer than 15 minutes and wasn’t as easy as I thought it was going to be! All the same, I hope you like what I found and something catches your fancy. If you’d like to request a post theme, just message me or comment on a post on Facebook or Instagram! I’d love a challenge (more realistic than the one I set myself at the beginning of this post)!
